Addendum to last post

Bucket list / 30 before 30 list: climb Mount Pulag, the second highest peak in the Philippines.

Damn, I must be going through some sort of quarter-life crisis or something. Carpe Diem!

Apologies to the people who own these pictures. I got them off Google Images.

I want to see more of the Philippines!

Places I’ve been to in the Philippines: Cebu, Bohol, Baguio, AND THAT IS ABOUT IT. Oh and Boracay. Why are destinations abroad CHEAPER than visiting places in my own country?!

My dream destination: BATANES! Northernmost tip of the Philippines, limited flight availability, tranquil, peaceful, undisturbed land… I want to go there ALONE. January/February 2012, yes?

Sagada - Mountain Province! Another dream destination. It’s like 13 hours by land from Manila, OMG. I don’t think you can fly going there.

Banaue Rice Terraces - a trip to Sagada won’t be complete without seeing this!

Coron, Palawan - one of those local destinations that are so expensive (along with Batanes)— going to Hong Kong is cheaper!

Underground rivers in Puerto Princesa, Palawan

Island-hopping in Hundred Islands, Pangasinan! Claim an uninhabited island as your own for a day!

Chocolate Hills in Bohol. I’ve been here but it was only for an afternoon (basically just the hills, tarsiers and the river cruise) and I was half-asleep.

Mt. Mayon in Bicol!

Vigan - going in November

Tara na!

I hate to say it but I think I may be more partial to e-books now. Less clutter. I’ve read some really blah books recently— the kind you won’t ever read again— and I don’t know how to get rid of them.
